    Владимир Путин подписал закон о ратификации соглашения с Кыргызстаном о системе ПВО

    Документ заключается на пять лет

    Владимир Путин подписал закон о ратификации соглашения России и Кыргызстана о создании объединенной региональной системы противовоздушной обороны, сообщает РИА Новости.

    Документ подписан 16 августа 2022 года в Москве.

    Согласно ему, стороны создают объединенную региональную систему ПВО двух стран, которая является составной частью объединенной системы противовоздушной обороны государств — участников СНГ, в целях совершенствования противовоздушной обороны в регионе.

    На период действия соглашения Кыргызстан передает России участок площадью 5 гектаров.

    Госдума приняла закон 23 мая, Совет Федерации одобрил его 24 мая.

    Соглашение заключается на пять лет. Оно будет автоматически продлеваться на последующие пятилетние периоды, если ни одна из сторон не менее чем за шесть месяцев до истечения срока не уведомит другую о своем намерении прекратить действие документа.
